lf a devil fruit is named after a King or the only way to activate it's full power is the user to have CoC himself.. lt's the case for Enma though.. A sword a shown the will of a conqueror..

Advanced CoC is being able to clad your attacks in it. Zoro can do that. Simple as that

We don't know whether or not he could split the sky because he hasn't clashed his CoC with an opponents CoC yet. Now, personally, I dont think he's there yet, but you can't definitely say he can't, either.
