I dont believe Zoro has it. Got confirmed this chapter.

But Isn't Rayleigh also a swordman? He has it.
Or Rayleigh different to Zoro?

His first power up already replicate fire-cutting tech, no easy feat. Hasnt even shown max Enma result so its quite fine powerlevel-wise. Zoro has his own originality and PU branch.

Ray doesn't have the one dimensional aura that Zoro has. Zoro will probably develop it eventually but for now he is all about cutting. The present chapter pretty much confirms he doesn't have it.

I think with this chapter it is pretty much a given that he doesn't, but i guess therefore is Ryou is all the more stronger.

Swordsmen have no use for it, like I said thousand times before.
Even Rayleigh used it for the sole reason of teaching Luffy.
Against Kizaru, he never used it since it's useless.

Zoro have Barrier Haki but he doesn't have Penetration/Internal destruction haki because it will just cancels out the concept of cutting and slashing and Zoro is a swordsman so yeah.
