Character Discussion Doffy the Celestial Dragon : Holy Knight or Higher ?

Bla bla bla. Get basics straight first. Ryou is just haki. Haki can be used in many ways, and barrier haki aint advanced, as mentioned, even Boa Sisters can use it casually, Luffy had a strong haki, but sucked using it in different ways.
The only advanced is internal destruction, which combines flowing your haki into your opponent.
Holy Knights should be probably limited with high level training similar to Fishman Island Luffy, thats as far as someone could get stronger without the real battle experience.
If Oda doesn't contradict, this is what Rayleigh says:
If Holy Knights don't get experience of extreme conditions of real battle, they can't be top tiers with training alone.
Its some chance they might be fighting vs Revolutionaries or some other rebels in real battles, if thats the case their level might be higher.
Its speculated Gorosei should be strong since they have battle scars meaning that they have battle experience, if Holy Knights are like that then they could be top tiers.

Garling is probably an exception I think he could be training every day and fight secretly against Revo . Others may not be that strong .

He was born with Conquerors haki yes I can see him being Holy knight would have been decent successor to Garling .

Honestly, prolly pretty similar. Holy Knights seem to have some (warped) sense of justice. But Doffy's still a maniac
I could see his & Garland's ideals conflicting, them fighting, Doffy getting excommunicated & escaping (w/ blackmail info)
He wouldn't have String-String powers since Trebol gave the fruit to him, but as a CD he might've gotten a better one
