Kaido is one of the last people I'd take seriously when it comes to power scaling. I am just pointing out what Kaido actually said vs what the other dude's implying. Also, you gotta also remember that things in the manga don't quite work the way we imagine them to be. Crocodile is supposed to be fodder to even the likes of veterans from a power scaling perspective. But he was going around threatening the likes of Doffy, Mihawk, and WB during MF. You literally don't know how a fight would turn out until it actually happens in the story's context. We ought to see this separately from our usual arena lenses.
Humiliation is never a metric to power scale a character. Big Mom is the most humiliated character in the series, but she's one of the strongest. We don't go around saying Doffy destroys BM because Brook humiliated her.

Τrue but even though BM has very low lows she also has very high highs.Jack on the other hand, other than his introduction hype and his toughness has only been a punching bag who hasn't even shown a single attack.In retrospect, even comparing him to someone like Doflamingo at this point is pretty nonsensical.He's probably the Commander with the worst feats as of now.
I'd say that's kinda lowballing. Jack solo'ed an army of Sulongs before crumbling against the Sulong dukes both of whom are very much within the same domain as Doffy if not stronger. Carrot and Wanda were implied to have almost killed Persospero who's strong enough to have a history with the likes of Marco while Jack is swatting people stronger than Carrot and Wanga like flies.
The dude is respectably strong but we didn't get to explore his skills and power, unlike Doffy, as he's nothing more than a minor villain with no future roles. It's perfectly fine to say Doffy is significantly stronger than Jack, but it's completely illogical to say even comparison is nonsensical.

Only reason doffy > or >= jack/queen/King is because he has coc (which makes him more special) and awakening to counyee them hard

Even Jack is implied to be stronger than Doffy. Post Dressrosa and Kaido valuing Jack and calling Doffy weak is inverse confirmation Jack is stronger.
The problem though is feats. Doffy is well written and his feats and potrayal outside of Kaido statement places him higher than at least Jack and arguably equal to King/Queen who are also equal. Oh he also has a higher ceiling than the calamities

It's not Kaidou's fault, fans here take his statements out of the context it was said in and draw stupid conclusions that were never implied.
Kaidou said Jack isnt weak and termed the Sulong Dukes as strong since he saw them fight. He called Doflamingo "weak" while drunk for losing against two Supernovas who he severely underestimated. F.ex. he also called non-awakening Law (who got manhandled by Base Doffy) a monster on the Roof after actually facing him. But somehow we still see retarded arguments as if Kaidou called Doffy weak in comparision to Jack, something he never did.
