4. Mihawk: …left the new world
5. Hancock: lives at Amazon lily so she didn’t leave or go in general
6. Kuma: was a revolutionary so they probably didn’t go into the new world much since most of it is rules by emperors. As a warlord he’s definitely been in and out since he was the most loyal/subservient to the wg not marines tho. Also egghead
7. Jinbe: the goat was going in and out whenever he wanted. Him being an ally of the Whitebeard Pirates definitely helped tho

Doffy had Kaido and the Admirals watching his back.He was safer there and his base of operations was located in the New World.

Doffy stood not far away from his boss kaido, for protection. Kaido and his ruffian gang stood far away from Mihawk, for protection.
