Luffy and Law got a combined bounty of 1B for beating Doffy, like how Luffy, Kid, and Law for a combined bounty of 9B for beating Kaido and BM. Kaido and BM’s combined bounty was 8.99B, so Doffy’s bounty should be 999 million. Just short of Jack’s bounty

I wouldn't really dive into this kind of calculation for bounties. I don't think Oda is smart enough for this either.

Oda probably just give Doffy 2 bil due to Warlord clout and his former background as a CD.
