we have seen luffy constantly use future sight even against tobbi roppo level characters
heck he was even using it against mere fodders
reminds u of something ?
there is absolutely no reason for luffy to not use future sight in his strongest form
Especially when his opponent is someone he is serious against
the logical assumption is that a man who is known to go all out is literally going all out
backed up by him
- being in his god form
- being serious against the opponent
until and unless there is some major evidence on why he is not going all out except obvious PIS

after the 1st attack on sentomaru , luffy didnt let any attack from lucci even reach him

It's not about saving the Yonko crew. We have an island full of scientific progress, whose destruction would set the world back by 100 years according to Vegapunk himself.
Meanwhile you have a Buster Call trying to annihilate that whole island with everyone in it. This is what is meant with the giants coming for help. It has nothing to do with the Yonko crew needing rescue or help in fighting the Marines and Saturn.

what i was trying to show is that luffy uses fs against even the weakest of enemies
why wont he use it when he fights someone using his god form and we can clearly see a dodging feat being highlighted in the battle ?

Marines have one elder , one admiral and lots of fodder.
SHs have one god, one advanced haki user , one science warrior , one cycborg , one evil child , one middle fighter all pacifista in the island.
Oda is refusing to use SHs and bringing giants to save emperor crew.
Franky is kicked and shot by kizaru doing nothing , Brook makeing ice road for ship , sanji got laser beam instead of , zoro dealing with fodder .
In wci , sanji lifted giant ship with one base kick , and saved chiffon at twinkling of eye. Now , he forgot his specialty is speed :)
In wano , zoro beat King with advanced coc . Now , he is dealing with fodder past ten chapter may be 20

It's a teen manga. Zoro has said it before - lets get serious.
I do like Zoro a lot but he is a realist in the same mould of Dragon, Whitebeard, Hancock, Jinbei, Mihawk, Kaido or Rayleigh.
Roger and Luffy (with Sabo and Ace a bit behind) are the only ones to actually try to do the unthinkable. It's plain suicide normally, only Fisher Tiger has done something like it and he had reasons.
With this boldness - apparently in Odas mind - comes being a total idiot that just wings it and Inshallah (Gods wish will prevail).
