I think it's arguable that Beginning of Z Krillin is moon buster anyway, since master Roshi was a moon buster
But let's say you're right. So what, even if he's only 50% moon buster? It's far more than enough to solo the OP verse.

Regarding SoL there's two arguments to end Kizaru.
1. He doesn't start at SoL as proven by Rayleigh and by the fact that he needs to accelerate.
2. Putting Kidku at SoL via dodging light speed lasers and tien's tri light beam.
