Update on that whole situation, I was able to sneak my way back to america with the help of my cousins but the heat is still ongoing. Cops are still looking for me over there, the dad of my ex even said if they couldn't find me they would try to send the cops after my dad for not co operating in telling them my whereabouts. Sucks I had to leave alot of things behind over there, didn't even get to say goodbye to friends and family but it is what it is. I can just hope things eventually die down so I can visit for a few days and then head back

Might not be that simple in Mexico. If the Police think he beat up a girl out of his own volition they might give him hell for it or beat him up, too. It‘s best he contacts a lawyer though so he is protected.

Also girls usually win cases like this unless the guy has irrefutable proof she‘s the aggressor.

When I was a waitress at a restaurant there was a chef in training. Buff dude from Afghanistan, but he was a very nice guy. He was together with one of the waitresses and then one day they had a huge argument which resulted in the woman beating him up. It happened at work and we all saw it, but none recorded anything ofc, so without proof the whole thing was not believable in the police‘ eyes and they didn’t do shit. Our boss ofc fired her, but now she has a better job even and got away with the whole thing.
