Raikage with Oonoki on his back will break Nagato's face. Neither will Nagato react to him, nor will Preta Path block his physical approach. I mean let's say he repels them with Shinra Tensei. Not like it will harm Raikage, and then comes the speed blitz within the interval.

But when it comes to the duo, they could win due to Itachi's hax abilities.

One might as well go into detail about how Nagato won't be able to keep up even with V2 Ei alone, how Oonoki's weight manipulation can weaken Tendou's gravity techniques, how Gaara's Sand bypasses Gakidou, how small Katsuyus deployed among the Kage will replenish their Chakra and heal them, how any of the Kage utterly trash Chikushodou's animals and how these five combined will put Nagato under constant pressure.

But considering how Ei + Oonoki combo trashes via speedblitz, one might as well not.

It could be argued that Nagato solos

Edo Itachi isn't too much of a problem - The Kage have enough power to DECIMATE his Susano'o in a massive number of ways, plus they have four shinobi with some experience fighting Sharingan users, with two being incredibly experienced - they wont be easily caught in Genjutsu and can easily gain assistance to escape

The only major issue in terms of Itachi would be the Totsuka blade
