Mid. Chapter 1107 was the last great chapter, multiple characters shined from Luffy to Sanji to Van Auger, and setup an interesting 2v1 situation with Luffy + Sanji vs Kizaru with Saturn joining soon.
Then 108 happened and turned it to Nika Piece and Vegapunks message and 15 chapters of disappointment happened.

9/10 for me. PIS doesn't ruin much for me, since MF is one of my favorite arcs.

Knocking down 1 point since there was no need to bring in the Gorosei. Should've just had Saturn go off, and made him the big bad to escape from similar to Magellan.
