Chapter Discussion Elbaf pacing is horrible

Pacing is fine, in summary you don't care about the pre existing narratives such as the Elbaf's history, and Loki's backtory which is one of it not the main reason you're bitching.

If this was Dressrosa, we would still be waiting for the Loki to be freed and for the Holy Knights to take action.
By chapter 20 of Dressrosa we had Doffy quiting the Warlords, Luffy fighting on the coliseum for Ace df, Don Chinjao/Luffy clash, Cavendish/Luffy clash, Barto intro, Burguess reveal, Hajrudin, Bellamy, Fujitora reveal, Law vs Doffy vs Fujitora, Sanji, nami, brook and chopper vs Donquixote members...

The arc went into a sh***t pacing after this? Sure!
But Dressrosa start > Elbaf

The reason is Oda probably didnt plan for this arc. He is improvising to drag the story. The man is focused on the Live Action.
Stupid ass fuck take.

It's been almost 20 chapters and Luffy hasn't faced anyone, and everything indicates we'll enter a kind of FB in the following chapters. And what's worse, I don't find the villains the most interesting. It's cp0 again, only that time we tolerated it because we knew a gorosei and an admiral were on their way. Loki was the last hope and look how he ended up, chained again like 15 chapters ago.
So let me straight your complaining that pacing is bad because nothing has happened but then you say we are entering final battle, I dont get it when did we have a possible final battle in the first 20 chapters of either wano or dressrosa, also your way of criticizing the pacing is fucking stupid

the pacing being good or bad depends completely on fights with the Holy Knights and Luffys opponent
if they really arent the SHs fight then having Big Meme and them come in and fight the SHs feels poorly paced
