1. One Piece "Space" is weird
2. Certain characters in one piece can breathe in space (logias, certain characters like enel, whatever)
3. Every character can breathe in space
4. Enel isn't on the moon

so which one is it?

Option 2, even if you were to assume the moon is within the planet's atmosphere (nonsensical), we already know from skypiea that oxygen quantity greatly diminishes even on sky islands which are nowhere near as far away as the moon, so oxygen would still be non existent on the moon

If Enel can breathe in space due his ability, I believe Kizaru should be able to too. But instead that motherfucker is functioning as the celestial dragon's dog. I think my first thread might be on Kizaru's true motivations. He fed luffy, and he truly meant to kill Vegapunk, but what about Bonney? There is not excuse for attempting to kill a 12 year old girl.
