The Punk Hazard dragon, apparently. G2 Luffy could one shot a Pacifista, but couldn't do crap to it, even commented on how hard it was. Zoro killed it in one hit, and I doubt basic RS kicks are >>>> G2 punches.

With what's been shown, it's honestly kinda hard to scale. I'm sure the final kick he used on Page One was quite a bit stronger, but it's not like G4 level or anything.

I don't know about you but I put Base RS kicks around Luffy Gear 3 level and for a named kick like Shooting Star, Soba Kick around Gear 4 level. But that's just me

Oh. Well going off of Dressrosa, his attacks like 1080PC and ISDS are above G3, but stuff like Shishi SonSon are more focused on speed and lethality, so it's hard to scale just how powerful they are.

Plus as Zoro vs Kamazou showed us, lethality makes a difference.

Zoro tied with nerf pleasure which weaker than T6H. Page One would kill him with swift strike and that's it. After training could go either way, but Zoro shows nothing to beating anyone on YV lvl of PO.
