Hmm, it's possible but I don't know.
EH really reduces Kizaru's chances of being a true-blue villain, if you ask me.
I'm really not sure what he does next.
Plus given his recurring pattern of being the #2 Admiral I always thought Zoro would be a more plausible matchup.
I've also thought that Fuji and Ryo match up more with the opponent patterns of Zoro and Sanji. But it's possible for Kizaru to take over for GB or Fuji too.
Really, there's no telling with the yellow monke. You might even say his future is.... unclear.
Well, if the matchup goes as OP predicted, Kizaru will end fighting a top-tier Sanji who would basically hard counter his attacks.
And it would probably still be a high difficulty fight, which would make him look even more impressive.

The annoying this with Sanji is that it’s hard to nail down how fast he actually is. CoO and perhaps even Future Sight will play a big role, but he’s also going to need to be capable of dealing with Kizaru moving at the speed of light.
atm Sanji appears to be as fast as it gets without a DF, but would that actually be enough? I think so but I would like more concrete information and context.
