So what? He is immune to blunt attacks. Bane is a fodder for OP world, even for East Blue straw hats.
Only Darkseid and Freeze thanks to his hax can beat him.
If Batman can deal wiith them so can Usopp. If Usopp can deal with them, so can Luffy.

If the fight is pure 1v1 inside a small arena and Batman is not allowed to bring any weapon or utilities, Luffy would win since Batman would be just human little bit stronger than fodder soldiers in one piece world.

I won't argue with basic fictional inconsistency.
Batman dodge Omega beam but Superman who moves 1000x faster couldn't. That's massive inconsistency but would be ignored cause general readers really don't care except deep rooted powerscalers
In some scenes Batman also eat Darkseid punch in his face without any protection and pretty much no injury not even a slight bruise while Darkseid punch could send Superman flying with visible bruise on the face or even bleed in many occasions
Meanwhile the same Batman could get injure by normal kick and punch from Harley Quinn.
Would anyone argue all the inconsistency.

With strict logic and removing all comic inconsistency, Batman is just a regular human potentially among strongest normal human.
But he is no human who's punch without any weapon, gear or equipment could destroy a building wall, lift a car or bent a steel. Luffy who is superhuman even in ep1 with abilities could win in 1v1 if Batman has no utilities

Rest of them except freeze and Darkseid are pretty much normal human that uses normal weapons, some with physical boost( Bane) and above all they relies on tactic and wits, these Gotham villains are perfectly build to be an opponent for Batman, the guy who solve things with brains not muscle. Yeah Luffy could manage to beat them in strict 1v1.....

that's fine and all but why are you striping Batman of his arsenal and not Luffy? we all know its because Batman easily beats Luffy even without prep.

Luffy doesn't beat all of them, that's just idiotic, unless you also strip them of their tech then yes Luffy can win

also Luffy cant beat Dracula, that vampire probably beats Luffy far easier than Darkside would
