What did he take from Tottoland?
Which Commander did he wound?

Keep in mind that he was the first to enter Big Mom's territory during the first year of TS, as Brulee hinted in chapter 837:

We know he was the first since they are mentioned and showed in chronological order:
- Urouge was the last, we saw him in chapter 795 (right after/during Dressrosa events) recovering from the injuries of the battle. He defeated Snack and was defeated by Cracker
- Bege arrived probably during the start of the 2nd year of TS since when we met him he already married Chiffon and had Pez with her (also had the time to climb the hierarchy becoming the Chief of Security)
- We have no information on Apoo's reasons and outcome of his invasion of Big Mom's territory, but he probably did it during the first year of TS
- Kidd being the first to invade Tottoland during the first year of TS

From the injured Commanders I exclude Katakuri, since he was never defeated before
So the remaining options are: Smoothie, Cracker, Snack

As for what he stole could be a copy of the Road Poneglyph or something else, what's your opinion?

The quote says "in the past two years", nothing says Kidd went there in his first year in the New World. Urouge was still recovering from his injuries from his battle with Cracker but how long was it between Urouge's fight with Snack and his fight with Cracker?

At least a year passed between Kidd and Urouge fight (is a matter of timing), so I don't think Snack could still be injured. Also he was defeated during the Dressrosa Arc and during WCI he went in action against Germa (this shows that he's not a glass cannon like Cracker)

My headcanon is Cracker's first armor, basically he just saw the jam
The most probable one is Snack tho, he is the only one who held some grudge against the WG

Your assuming Kidd and the Big Mom Pirates only had the one altercation, but Kidd said that the Big Mom Pirates hurt one of his men first. If Kidd was the first to go the Tottoland and ran before meeting big mom like Brule said. There could two altercations years apart.

Kidd is confirmed to have had more beefs with Big Mom (in FI was stated by Tamago that Kidd sunk some BM ships days before) but logically makes sense that the injury to the Commander was given inside Tottoland, the injury that his man received happened either right there in Tottoland or before on sea (outside of BM territory in general)
The question basically is: did Kidd go to Tottoland to revenge his man and stole something in the process or did he go to Tottoland to steal something and injured a Commander that injured his man in the process?

I seriously doubt it happened unless she is covering something here. Which would be quite sad if real and would fundamentally crush her hype too.

This is your wrong perspective. I think his character is actually cool.

Cracker has a scar over his eye. I would bet it’s him. If not Cracker then Smoothie. She is the only Sweet Commander that has not been involved with a supernova yet so I could see it being her. I don’t think it’s Snacks simply because I think it would take away from Urouges only good feat lol.
