Kid beat Big Mom? It's too much for him It took over 20 chapters to weaken Kaido so that he could be attainable for Luffy who is really one step ahead of Kid, I didn't think Kid so dumped compared to Luffy.
The gap seems to be a lot bigger than I thought How can Kid and Killer hurt Big Mom? Kid did not train at Ryou, like Luffy, he did not learn the haki of the future in a fight. Luffy has just pushed his Haki of Kings to the level of Whitebeard and Roger as in chapter 966, just after a flashback with Hyogoro which seems to mean that the Ryou and the haki of the kings are linked.
Luffy took more than 2 weeks to learn Ryou to hope to beat Kaido Kid did not want to train his Haki like Luffy who had seen a flaw in Kaido's body.

If Luffy actually beats Kaido later 1 vs 1, that means he beats Kaido that already got injured: from against 9 scabbards, to 5 Rooftop Supernovas using Asura, Gamma Knife etc.
While Big Mom is more or less still clean. So if actually Kidd and Killer beat her, they beat 99% health Big Mom. Not happening
