Everything comes with a sacrifice

Peace sacrifices strength, security sacrifices freedom. As humans our time is limited and our day limited to 24 hours, everything we do in that time takes away from something else we could’ve done.

Whatever you want to accomplish, half of it is just being aware of what will be sacrificed in the process.

Your body sacrifices too, it does whatever it takes to maintain homeostasis, a state of balance or equilibrium, the reason your body does this is survival, it’s about being resourceful.

If you want something, it will take from something else, if you look left, you choose not to look right, for every door you open, you close the opportunity to explore the other doors.

This is all to say, do what you want and you’ll have an easy time throwing away the things that hinder you from achieving your goals.

Honestly, I really don’t like the word sacrifice, we should never be in a position where we have to give up something of value, there is great wisdom in pursuing the things that make you happy first and foremost, the ”sacrifice” in this case happens on its own.

It’s only when you go down roads that have nothing to do with you that this becomes a prominent concept.

In that case my advice is work on your escape while sacrificing what is needed untill you can live an authentic life.

Happiness is Subjective

The Best people are those that their Happiness comes from things that Benefit themselves & others & doesn't do any unjustified harm or injustice

Sacrifice is when you let go of something that benefits part of you for the sake of another part
The question is, which parts of you do you prioritize?

Exactly, everything has its pros and cons, it’s all up to what you want, happiness is subjective but so is pain, it doesn’t diminish the reality of either.

All things are equally worthless when you take happiness out of the equation.

That subjectivity is what reveals who you are
Happiness & Pain are both feelings that reveal to you the scale you're using in this Life
Someone feeling pain for doing injustice in this world is better than someone feeling happy for doing that same injustice

I don't see anything as worthless, it simply depends on how each thing gets it's worth
If you think removing happiness makes everything worthless then that means happiness is how you scale worth of things
Personally i give worth to things based on their benefit & harm, not happiness & pain
Pain that benefits me is better than happiness that ruins me or others ofc

You only consider any benefit or fear any harm because of how they would make you feel, without it you wouldn’t care at all, you would be completely neutral and humans can never be truly neutral about that. You can remove yourself as much as you can but aslong as you’re alive there will be some degree of attachment and that’s how you assign worth and harm to things.
