The first one i acknowledge, even though now that i think about it, in most cases where AdCoC is used people won't pass out..

Second point, i said context matter, the reveal of AdCoC is important narratively than random panels of AdCoC touching.. I'm not debunked in any type of way there, you just choose to beleive that..

In G5, Luffy used adv CoC and were also touching Kaido. It's easy to say "OK, I was wrong".

That's a good point, @Rootbeer how do we explain this? Luffy is supposed to not touch kaido here but he's touching him so hard his hand went through his face, and there's a statement from kaido literally saying luffy is using both coc and coa here

No because Oda can be inconsistent.. You're denying the fact that Oden and Law both said, they are not touching when AdCoC was showcased is purely disingenuous..

He stopped dueling Mihawk and became a Yonko that never attempted to get the One Piece until Luffy beat Kaido...did he have ACoC during that time period?

He probably didn't have AdCoC when he dueled Mihawk or he nerfed himself on purpose..

Then whenever he got AdCoC after, it's whatever.. Shanks could be aiming for the One Piece if you're to beleive in evil Shanks or something..
