Well people, need to understand something
Fighting Pica =/= Stopping Pica Golem

For example, if Diamante fights Pica, neither of them will Win, they are Equals, same for Trebol
That's because they will simply fight Pica on top of him, so all they need to deal with is his Rock Attacks & Close Combat
But if Pica decides to go wreck a Town, only few of the very Strongest can stop that & save the Town, which is what he did with Zoro.

So Fighting Pica is as dangerous as Fighting a Veteran, like Vergo or Diamante or Oven ... etc
In other words, Sanji should definitely be Stronger

But stopping Golem Pica is a Top Tier Task & even current Sanji cannot do it
It requires Powerful AP + Huge Range

Characters like Sanji, Queen, Jack, Cracker, Smoothie, Marco, Katakuri ... etc have no such Power to stop The Golem
(But they can defeat Pica ofc if he tries to face them)

Based on Abilities, only Characters who imo can stop Golem Pica & save the Town are:

Luffy - Doflamingo (Thanks to his countless Strings) - Moria (If he uses Shadow Asgard) - Kuma (Using his Bombs or Repel) -
Law (Using Big Room) - Shiki - Teach - Fujitora - Big Mom - Morley (Could dive in & find Pica) - WB - Enel - Akainu - Aokiji - Kizaru -
Ace/Sabo/King (Using lot of Fire) - Kaido - Garp - Shanks - Zoro - Mihawk - Rayleigh - Roger - Oden - Dorry & Brogy - Streusen -
Maybe Noland - Ryuma - Elizabello II

Bruh g3 dressrosa smacked the head clean off this clown low diff and pulverized it to dust. Imagine that hitting picas chest. Now say with a straight face that sanji doesn't have a single attack equal to g3

Real-body Pica should not be an issue, full-body hardening on top of body armor shouldnt be a bigger challenge than cybernetically enhanced ancient Zoan but Pica's golem is another story. It is a bad match-up for many people.
Also note that destroying the golem isnt stopping Pica since he will keep regenerating it.
Only the people who can effectively separate the golem from the ground can stop it for good.

So it's low diff?

Sanji speed blitzes faster than fodder Lica can react or perceive and kicks section where picas at on both sides trapping him and then launches him out of dressrosa

Even Zoro couldn't realistically save Usopp and the rest if he was alone. The torso would crush people to death plus its likely he wouldn't be able to get in range to perfom the feat. That is DR zoro.
