Mihawk was referring to Luffy's ability. Sanji doesn't have that magnitude... to be fair, pretty much no one does. Basically all of the Straw Hats can do the same, Usopp was called a god. But Luffy is ahead of virtually anyone in making allies.

Not any allies, he made enemies his allies and in a lot of arcs he had that job... And when it comes to women enemies, he seems to be able to conquer their hearts when they aren't strong enough, which is a sign of conqueror (works only on weaker foes),

that's my headcanon but i think oda probably meant something here, he doesn't draw this type of faints to other things but haki

Again that's not like Luffy's ability. Luffy at Marineford, when Mihawk made that statement, recruited four Shichibukai to his side, and also had the protection of a right hand to both the world's worst criminal and the world's strongest man. The latter, rival to the former pirate king, turned his attention to backing up Luffy. Luffy won the heart of not an emperor's daughter, but an emperor herself. To think that Sanji is the same because of the flying fish riders or Viola... no.

It's not in the same context, sanji did it on single targets, he wasn't in a war. The only time he got a group was when he instantly became "the vice admiral of G5" lmao... Of course oda will show it more wide with luffy but don't act like oda isn't doing it on purpose with sanji when in practically every single arc (PS) he did it

You still don't understand, it doesn't matter where he is because it's about the magnitude. In the same context Sanji couldn't possibly have the same role as Luffy despite Post TS Sanji being stronger and more capable than Luffy was back then. We had the remarkable comments putting involving his unique, individual fate. You can't just pick that shit up and put it on Sanji lmao. He's in the Franky Usopp ballpark when it comes to recruiting allies, which is why he's been paired with them twice as of this arc I suppose. And he's in a war just as big now, getting laughed at

Zoro isn't really as good as them with recruiting allies, but he has a presence that even emperors respect.

If you guys are thinking that Sanji can attain ad much influence as Luffy can in the world you are totally out of track. Luffy is likely Nika and look at what Mihawk claimed about him ih Marineford. I admit Zoro himself cannot afford that.

I think the best way for sanji to flex his Coc if he has it is after he goes emotionless.. sanji is usually all sun and roses and doesn't really need the use of Coc unless like you pointed out its a situation where he's stern and dreadful
