Chapter was okay, but the pacing sucks. Half of the chaper was the reaction of all characters.....was that necessary

At least Ignia wasn't absorbed, but I don't think that Faris is gone.

So, now the whole continent will turn into dragons?

If there was ever a time natsu needed a power of friendship boost its now

Natsu said many times that he is with his friends on the 100YQ so it would make sense if he wins with his friends. But I hope more that we will get his END form or a dragon form.

Same, Faris was boring, Ignia getting her power is the best choice Mashima could take here.

Well, both, Ignia and Faris are not so great villains imo.

But somehow she was more interesting than Ignia for me. Maybe because she was a fusion between Acnologia and Zeref? And I hoped to see more black magic from her. Sadly Hiro only showed us Acnologias power. I wish we would have seen more of Zeref magic instead of Acnologias :(

I also miss a backstory. Why is she evil? How did she learn Zerefs magic? etc.

The reason why I don't like Ignia so much as an enemy is that the whole connection between him and Natsu is boring af. So far I don't see any reason why they must be brothers.

Even the sub plot with Wed, the son of Ignia was boring, he met Natsu, his uncle and yet? Nothing happened. Natsu not even talked with him lol

We didn't get any emotional or important moment or backstory not even a good fight so far.

I can only hope that we will get the backstories and good moments with Ignia, Wed and maybe Faris later but I doubt it lol

I think the earth dragon god comes back next chapter because of Aldoron sacrifice nobody has seen him when all the dragons gods reached hundred percent of their full power.

Honestly I’m glad Ignia absorbed Faris powers into him she was getting boring overall.

Dogramag was cool, to see him again would be nice. The problem is, we saw what happened with the DG recently, after that, I am affraid to see him again.

We also have the Calamity Bloods, Ignia with his new power, a Faris who will maybe return too and maybe many more dragons if the continent really turns into dragons. We also still could get the sun dragon. Natsu could become the sun dragon but if not then there could be another enemy. Too many enemies, I wonder how they will defeat them.

The CB could also be stronger than the DG right now?

Imo Hiro wasted the DG in this arc, that was one his biggest mistakes.

This scene still makes me fucking emotional man. One of the most hypest and most powerful scenes I've ever seen, Fairy Tail always delivered immensely in that regard throughout. It was the best emotional rollercoaster of a series I've ever seen, especially with that GOD tier soundtrack by Yasaharu Takanashi! Natsu's VA along with the others always delivered so hard too, but particularly here as well.

I agree, the first anime season of FT was the best one, the arcs were good, the soundtracks were peak and the animation was the best one. Since the second season which started with the second half of the GMG arc, the animation was terrible imo.

I miss the animation from the first season especially the magic cirles

The other seasons had at least good soudtracks too, especially the newest one from the 100YQ.

GMG was/ is my favorite arc
Tartaros was good in the manga, but the anime was boring compared to the manga :/
Alvarez the same, anime was not so good.

The problem with Alvarez arc was, it was too short, with 50 more chapters the arc would have been much better.

Completely agree man, I was absolutely loving the series at this point. It all went downhill, jumped the shark with the timeskip as you said. I hate timeskips for this reason every series I've followed has gotten drastically and irredeemably worse after the timeskip at some point.

Apparently the final saga anime was pretty bad but I've not seen it. I've heard some amazing music from it though. I know they got an awesome female metal bans to do a song for it too and it absolutely rocks hard.

I tried the demo for the FT Dungeons game and it was very good imo. I need to try the main 2 FT games.

I just caught up on Record of Ragnarok manga now and I'm gonna finally watch Gifuu Doujo extremely soon and then finish FT anime and read 100 year quest finally too. Gonna check out Alice In Borderland, Eden Zero, Hells Paradise, new Trigun and Ranma, Kakegerui, Komi san. Kaguya Sama and some others. Also need to finish Nagatoro too.

We got robbed by Acnologia battle where he got defeated in human form.

We got this with the DG too, most of them fought in their human form too. Even if the fights against them were better.

It's time that we get dragons vs dragons and DS vs dragons in their dragon forms. Like in the GMG arc.

They are dragons so they should fight in their dragon forms.


I really hope that we will get real dragons battles this time.

Is it bad that I am supposed to be sad for Natsu, but I am actually happy to see him defeated like that?
I know we're going to defeat Ignia in next couple chapters, with some BS PU, but for now it is kind of satisfying to see such utter defeat.

Dragon vs Dragon battle would be dope.

I am happy too. It's time that Natsu and the others lose their battles. They always wins, especially in the 100YQ and it sucks. So I am really glad that Natsu finaly lose a battle.

I know we're going to defeat Ignia in next couple chapters, with some BS PU, but for now it is kind of satisfying to see such utter defeat.

I think the next 15-20 chapters will focus on the Calamity Bloods.

I wonder who will fight them?

Ignia defeated Natsu at the end, Universal Omega going off turning everyone into dragons oh yeah let’s keep this going.

I wonder how the rest the fairytale guild will handle this?
