Why does nobody realize that Shanks was leaving Elbaf before encountering Kid in 1076 lol. He's gone guys....

If the burned man is there with the 4th RP, then i can believe it. The bigger issue is tue fact that Shanks technically left the island (like why have him leave then lol) and CG only has 3 notable members.

But sure, it can absolutely happen and I would love it if Oda used Elbaf for at least part of the great war (or just the fight for the 4th RP)

Doubt it. Just like Kaido and Big Mom each guarded a RP, the other two should be roaming. Zunesha kept one on the move and the Burned Man keeps the other moving on his black ship.

I mean I agree. I dont think Elbaf has to do directly with the 4th RP, at least not yet.
