Kyros a legendary champion who defeated many people and even took out one of Doffy mafia top earners

Defeated Diamante the mob up gangster in an extreme fight

Germa 66 a mercenary army that destroy broccoli and took out Nusstorte soldiers

Kyros is the One Piece equivalent of Thors and one of the reasons Dressrosa is one of my favourite arcs.
I won't vote anyone but him although Wiper, Iceburg and Dalton are equally great and Pudding is one of the best written characters in One Piece.

5 years later, the "could've been" Oden's superior, Denjiro, but gave away his potential to look out after the people of Wano over 20 years, as much as he could.

All that time spent around Orochi and the geisha-prostitutes and the country's traditional open baths, yet not once did he get naked for someone to see his anti-Kozumi tattoo and call him out on it.
