Lmao. I am from Oman, which is basically a 6 hour drive to Qatar, and believe me 99% of the shit I read on social media is incorrect.
I studied Civil engineering in Colorado, USA and they always stress about how dangerous a construction job is. and you know what? Only 3 construction workers died in Qatar since 2010, which is extremely low.
I am not sure if it's the right place to talk about this, but I just thought we should get our facts straight before saying something.

My father and mother are civil engineers,they heard about this stuff on the news and said:"they probably hired inexperienced workers to do the most dangerous jobs involving heights".
If the my local news is correct or not i don't know.But here they said quite few deaths happened.My father lost employees in these kind of accidents before.Building huge stuff is dangerous.

I wouldnt talk about it here as well mate . I am not big fan of mainstream media as well . West itself has its own hypocrisy.
But qatar has lot of issues with human rights and lack of freedom for women and LGBT which is pretty concerning if it wants project itself as developed nation.
