It won't be a real 1v1 because Kaido fought the scabbards first and he's probably going to fight Luffy, Kid, and Law all at once before big mom reaches the top.

However all of Luffy's fights end in him 1v1ing his opponent

Luffy will beat Kaido using gear 5th which allows him to use rankyaku style slashes
