For one the Pacifista are literal cyborgs with reinforced metal bodies, for sure some WG Super Soldier Serum, not to mention they have Devil Fruit abilities that make them superior to King.
For example S-Hawk obviously tanks sword attacks better than King because on top of being Lunarian, he's metal, and a living blade to boot that can also cut way better than King.
S-Shark stacks with Fishmen superior physicals just like S-Bear with his Buccaneer blood...
The only thing King has the Seraphim beat in are Lunarian ability, possibly speed(S-Bear?), and combat experience, he can do cool stuff like Magma Dragons while they have no pyrokinetic power so far.
