Lunarians soak up damage more than anyone else, that points more to a healing factor allowing them to do so rather than hyper durability because if it was durability based they wouldn’t have to soak up damage because they would get 0 damage.

You’re forcing a headcanon about Kings abilities into a story when we’ve seen that headcanon doesn’t align with what we’ve actually seen.

And don’t use Kaido who has a mythical zoan devil fruit and a unique bloodline as a goal post; we know he’s an exception to everything as the WSC. I’m going off Zoros words, King has no wounds from the fight despite being slashed multiple times. He’s not bleeding from any slashes, that seems like it’s more due to the Lunarians enhanced Endurance which is often treated in one piece as a healing factor. King in his flame on state can just heal from wounds he receives in that state.
