I am not saying they buy referees. They are a good team,they got the best coach in the world and some of the best players in the world,but lets face it,they got all these money from the sheik,without following the financial fair play rules in my opinion,at least in the beginning of their presidency.

It sucks but thats just parcel of game . But quality of ref is something PL needs to look into employ more technology whats the point in having goal line technology when you dont use it .
