Ability wise, Haaland is alr a t3 striker of all time. Just needs the longevity and he's retiring as the greatest striker of all time bar absolutely nobody. 22-23 was already historic but he's outdoing himself this season. 25-26 Haaland might genuinely be the highest peak a striker has reached in the history of the sport. Definitely nobody else has done better mid-Nov in history.
Anotger qualification cycle, another play offs and another elimination written in the stars. The 2014 WC will remain the happiest accident we ever had as a nation.

Yeah I'm against watering it down, too. 8 groups of 4 always gave the best football. Eh, it'll start heating up only from the round of 16 onwards but imo people will not be as focused on it as before.
Early favorites for me are England, France and Argentina with Norway and Morocco being the dark horses
