It's indeed a sad situation that Ronaldo has to go out like that and around the same time when entire Argentina is gearing up to give a massive farewell to Messi. The contrast is so big that tbh, I didn't expect this a decade ago. No one did.

I don't blame Portugal players. They were made to change their play for a forward who was way past his prime. They adjusted as much as they could but we all know how much game gets affected when a player doesn't play his natural position or play style.

Fault lies with Portugal federation who used Ronaldo like a cash cow to milk as much as they can out of him to earn profits and didn't care about building future prospects.

Fault lies with the ex managers like Roberto who kept on playing Ronaldo at the expense of team results.

Fault lies with Ronaldo who lack self awareness about his declining skills and kept on coming back to the National team and acted like an egomaniac throwing tantrums when things didn't go well resulting into a situation where everyone is saying he shat on his own legacy.

He should have retired after 2022 WC.

Maldini had failed to invite Pep to Italy and also because of the incompetent Italy football management could be one of the reason why Pep refuse to coach them. Honestly I think this is just a reaction to ManCity's charges, that rumour floating around saying him unable to win trophy without twice the funds more than other clubs.

UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham said he would be “really concerned” if Manchester City’s owners sold the club following an independent commission’s finding that the club breached more than 100 Premier League rules.

Burnham praised City’s owners for their investment in Manchester, saying the City Football Group and its wider ownership had been a "huge partner" in the development of the city and the football club.
:milaugh:

ManC is definitely keeping the titles and possibly will save itself from relegations
ManCity's owner had spent more than what was earned from the club. Basically a money sink. Don't know how many billions was poured into the club and city, and he did better job than the locals. He is more than just a club owner, he is an investor to England. He built a bridge so strong, the prime minister couldn't afford to burn it. He could force him to sell everything he owned in the country, but who has a pocket as deep as he is a another problem.

@Reborn I can't stand Yamal lately.

The way he’s begging for the balondor with all those non stop interviews are starting to get on my nerves.
Success is getting into his head. Another CR7 in the making who likes to talk about what he achieved again and again.

I don't blame him. He's young. Alot has to do with the people we keep around.

What's funny is that
This fanbase that influenced Argentina/Messi hate campaign during WC with all kinds of rigged, racist, political etc .... is starting another war with Portugese fans. It's so over

All Portugese is guaranteed to respect and defend Ronaldo no matter what happen, but right now it's quite sad his sick fanbase has broke the limits and forced his own country men to say out loud "Ronaldo is washed and need to retire" so as to defend their country and current team against those insufferable fake-Portugal fans

Now the world will starts healing and understand how stupid majority of his fanbase are and all the propaganda in the past and future. What comes around goes around.
I hope Portugal wins Nation league again and even Euro without Ronaldo to educate them, that will be the peak and greatest punishment for them.

Yamal's agent is Mendes, the same guy who represented CR for over 2 decades before they parted ways as he failed to find him a CL club after ManU and also advised him against giving that awkward interview to Piers.
