Just because G5 can match or even possibly better Kaido in a fight doesn't mean Luffy is overall at that level. G5 is on a heavy timer. Same with G4, but with higher timelimit but still a time limit.
Overall, Luffy gets high-extreme diff'd in a pure 1v1 IMO

That's a lie. Kaido fought with 20 people, goofy literally tried to defeat the weakened Kaido FOUR times. At the moment, Luffy has no Chance against a healthy Kaido 1 on 1.
