So the first time he uses DJ and he is shown all out spinning to achieve the fire on his leg does not apply to you, but when he uses it now that's what you are going off of because his emotions creates a stronger fire... gotcha

Easy, we know that at some point of void centuary lunarians landed on a planet. To believe that only lunarian alive left was a King is hillarious at the very least. Plus Germa history is full of questions, lile how it could be that Stealth Black have same abilities as Sanji dreamed about? Also when Stealth Black was alive? Too many questions with no answers.

There is a lot of grasping and reaching here, nothing you have said comes even close to remotely comes close to even coming to a conclusion that Sanji is a lunarian.
I can also say Kinemon is a lunarian since he has far better fire control than anyone we have seen not named King.
Everything you have said doesnt make any sense as to why Sanji is a lunarian, seriously what use is Sanji being a lunarian.........

Theories about Germa being Lunarian exist before Lunarian race even was introduced.
Again it could be that we have here FF4 situation where one Lunarian goes agains another one like Cecil and Golbez. Cecil was Lunarian as well as Golbez. And if you ask me, Germa or Judge is similar to Golbez. While we here have Sora who fought against Judge, so Sora suppose to be Cecil. Just think about it: events with Sora and Germa happened long time ago before Sanji was born and Judge became Germa king, but they had already teachnology that is similar to Vegapank nowadays. Where they get it? They are Lunarians, so they keep knowledge.
Thing is that Lunarian is not race that Oda created, he just took it from FInal Fantasy 4, or other stories.
So in the end King indeed could be lunarian, while Germa could be heir of lunarian throne, or dark evil side of Lunarians, like Golbez was or even Zemus.
