Here I come one more time because fandom is full of headcannon about something obviously well explained back at Marineford.

We first will found One Piece and ONLY THEN we will have the Great War (aka Final War). It makes no sense to finish the series with One Piece treasure and make no use of it. The treasure will be used in Great War. The treasure is what turn the world upside down. You really think the world will be turned upside down and then Oda will end there? Yall bunch of Rootbeer relatives.

Imagine the SH find the One Piece and its shadowed/silhouetted and we only find out what it is an arc or two later during the final chapters.

I wouldn't be taking WB's words as gospel, especially when the world is being turned upside down in this very arc.

I think WB's words should be taken more metaphorically. The finding of the One Piece itself won't turn the world upside down, but anyone who manages to travel to Laugh Tale will turn the world upside down in doing so.

No. This arc is just a preparation. We already saw how people are not believing in Vegapunks words. When the One Piece treasure is showed than no one will deny his words.

Whitebeard was dying dude. He couldn't be metaphorical.

Finding the treasure spills too much information and accomplishes too many dreams among the main cast.
I find it hard to believe that we will get all that and then proceed to read OP for 3-4 years more with 95% of things already known...
It is the mystery that keeps it going and mystery it has to keep until the very end.

It might indeed not end with the treasure but the story will be done 99% when it is found.
No way WG war should be scheduled after it. A secret villain like Sea God, who is much older than Imu could come after the treasure.
Imu and his executives are falling before the treasure is found, IMO. They are very next after Elbaf.

Good point. Makes sense. But remember Oda told was about how much info Wano would give us and then we barely got any?

Same about Laugh Tale. And idk about any dream coming true there. Oda loves to break expectations.
