Exactly. Zoro vs Mihawk doesn't fits.
Not only for narrative issues but logical issues too. They are master and student now, doesn't make sense for they fight unless Zoro becames the black sheep student that joins the dark side and kills the master like Pain did with Jiraya and Orochimaru did with 3rd Hokage(Similar to Teach and Newgate too).
Where after timeskip has any mention of that?

Shiryu vs Zoro is much better imo since Mihawk is zoros teacher and Shiryu carries a katana just like zoro
