If losing to Zoro is his only showing Shanks stomps in terms of feats. Consider he one shotted Kidd who assisted in beating a Yonko in a 2v1 and has a 3B bounty. He also slaughtered GB from miles away. If Mihawk doesn’t defeat a Yonko level character he can never supersede Shanks.

He doesn't need to lol. He's already confirmed to be above Shanks by the author.

Luffy, ever since wano, became the quintessential shonen character, the undisputed number ONE during EoS with reality warping powers, he was turned into a literal GOD

Shanks is oda's self insert and the only character with ZERO Ls throughout the show


Zoro is nothing other than a nika cheerleader who gets to high/extreme diff nika's sloppy seconds while needing ACoC to do so
