So what about Fuga?
The 6th one is still unknown? People thought these top 3 numbers were Ushimaru and the Daimyo?

Numbers aren't all the same imo

Numbers 4, 5 & 10 who were Introduced Together seem to look more Beastly than others, they also lack Clothes.
Numbers 7, 8 & 9 who were Introduced Alone & Separate seem to look more Human but still lack Discipline
Numbers 1 & 3 seem to be Perfect Combination of Oni & Human + Best Disciplined among Numbers
Number 2 on the other hand seem to be like Second Group, Human Treats but lack Discipline
This distinction can be noticed when Yamato entered the Room, only No. 2 followed her, the other two awaited Orders.

So in my opinion, Three Experiments were made to create these Numbers
The goal was to create Ancient Giants who resemble the Original Ones in both "Look" & "Mind"

First experiment created Numbers 4, 5 & 10 who greatly lack both Look & Mind
Second experiment created Numbers 2, 7, 8 & 9 who saw an improvement in Look but still lacked Mind
Third experiment created Numbers 1, 3 & 6 who saw an improvement in both Look & Mind

But they still didn't hit the results they wanted, so all of them were labeled as Failures
I believe the Results changed based on Humans they used in these Experiments

Fodder Humans used in First Experiment
After that, they thought if they used Stronger Subjects, they will get better Results, so they used Giants, but still wasn't enough
So recently Kaido sent them Strong Samurai, and they saw better results but also not enough

In my opinion, True Race Re-Creation can only happen when it's used on someone with Very Powerful Will (CoC)
That's why Kaido was a Success

It would be pretty dark if the WG used the dead bodies of the defeated samurai to make experimental ancient giants.
You believe Kaido was an experiment too??

That would make a lot of sense them, great observations! This is much better than what we've been given so far, I really hope this all adds up as you've pointed out.

Their physical resemblance is sketchy but the fact that they were all hanging out together in the same cave where the Samurai met Yamato and then going on to chase her makes me feel like it's not just a coincidence.

Could be that their corpses or dna were somehow used for experiments in Punk Hazard but we'll see.

It's hard to be sure
Momo's DF was created after Kaido was captured & taken to Punk Hazard & we know that he ate that DF after God's Valley Incident
We also saw that he had Oni Horns during his Rock Days

So if he was an Experiment, then that means he was Captured on Punk Hazard at least Twice.
And obviously, they created him for a reason, but apparently after they captured him again, all they wanted was his DF Power.

It's also interesting that he have a good relationship with CP-0, add to it the fact that Masked Guy said that they hope Vegapunk's DF is indeed a Failure, but if they are so scared of that DF's Power, why aren't they enemies of Kaido?

This is a far-fetched idea with weak hints, but it's possible that Kaido was an Experiment on Punk Hazard solely created to eat Azure Dragon DF which apparently holds a Very Powerful Ability that can change the World & only a very Powerful Being can be able to activate such Power (Kaido is Strongest Creature, while Momo's Name means Above All which Hints at his Upcoming Power-Up)

Kaido was released & sent to look for it or escaped (Whatever u prefer), he joined Rocks Pirates & finally found it & ate it on God's Valley (He & BM are the ones who betrayed Rocks Pirates, one took Azure DF & other one took Road Poneglyph from there, so Roger & Garp ended up fighting Xebec & WB alone, which is a Fair Fight)

Kaido then was captured & he refused to cooperate, so they tried to execute him multiple times to re-acquire the Fruit but they couldn't, so instead they tried to re-create his DF, but it was a Failure (Or so they were made to believe)

When WG saw that Kaido might Die, what did they do?
They sent an Army & CP-0 to capture Wano at all costs, because they must take back the Azure Dragon DF wherever it re-appears in Wano.

So the short answer is Yes, i do believe Kaido was an Experiment & his whole Story is centered around his DF which holds a yet unseen Power that only the Mightiest can wield.
