His haki is nearly always highlighted, even used as a measuring stick against Joyboy's, and is so powerful even he struggles to fully control it.

It's too strong to be controlled easily. Shanks can control it to the point where the strong members like the officers of his crew don't get affected. The mere residue is enough to knock out his other crew members cause it's too strong sadly. If insects like Pisshawk and YoungGirlLoverLeigh tried using this much amount of CoC that the Godking uses casually then they'd end up passing out and dying due to choking on their own froth
