FS is by far the hardest move to unlock. CoC coating effectiveness is tied to a lot of things: your overall strength, your CoC/Haki control, your base strength, etc...

Then how come Katakuri in his 40 years of Kiss less virgin life was unable to learn it and lost to this guy?

Do people really think that?

Luffy had to learn how to flow his haki for his Armament use in order to easily grasp how to channel his CoC and spent 2 weeks in prison to do so.
Zoro had to almost die to Mr1 in order to learn to channel his CoA and he couldn't do it again until he was actually taught how by Mihawk. Why was it easy for Zoro to AdCoC ? because he already knows how to channel his CoA and it happened subconsciously until he acknowledged it himself later with King.

and FYI Sanji has many panels scenes that indicates he too can use FS to some extent and possibly better use of Observation.

so Overall why and how and what happened to Monster Trio is this:-

Luffy came from the time skip with basic 3 types.
Zoro came from the time skip with AdCoA and Basic Observation.
Sanji came from the time skip with AdCoO and Basic armament.

Sanji's and Zoro's fight here didn't take long like Luffy vs Cracker/Kata because in terms of haki Oda didn't need to show him struggle since they both came better than luffy with their respective type AND they got stronger in front of our eyes before fighting them aka King and Queen.

Do you guys even understand that even if you only needed 1 second for learn advanced conqueror, it's something only someone who have the conqueror can learn? And specials one about them, not even all of them. The point is, if someone want it, he can't have it without a basic quality. For future sight it's something that is trainable by virtually anyone. Sanji doesn't even have it for now, at maximum he is only a little better at using observation than the normal Tom and Dick.

Got it... so even though Luffy unlocked future sight the arc before he wasnt using it then because it was not the "right version" of Luffy during that battle... duly noted
