Black Blade is a beyond pirate level feats as it depends on your level of CoC and CoA. Roger's Hakis weren't strong enough to make a black blade.

Some have future sight.

This leaves us with two conclusions.
-There are more people than Katakuri who know Future sight so not as rare as you make it sound
-It doesn't prove anymore than "Some" of the very strongest have tried learning Future Sight.

It all depends on what Rayleigh's Haki specialty is.

I think it is infinitely harder for a CoA specialist to ever unlock Future Sight over a CoO or CoC specialist. The same thing when it comes to Advanced Armament. It's infinitely harder for a CoO specialist to unlock advanced armament than it is for a CoA and CoC specialists.

CoC specialists is in between the two, so they can train either way in CoO and CoA, where CoO and CoA specialists have a MUCH harder time trying to unlock the advanced color of their opposite.

I also guarantee that CoC coating isn't the highest form of power a CoC user can achieve, as there is also the ability of continuous CoC that Oda has yet to expand upon.

I just think Observation Haki in general has been very irrelevant, and it carries over to Future Sight.
Future sight has been borderline a non factor in Wano.

I don't know, it's weird, because when Luffy was training to use Ryou/AdCoA he made the comment that he "uses the Same CoA as Sentumaru and the Boa Sisters."

I'm not sure if that implies there is another form of CoA that only certain people can use, but as per Luffy's statement, it seems to be the case.

It can also be the case that Hardening and Barrier each have their own highest forms, and only a CoA specialist can achieve both. We know there is levels to Hardening, but what is it's highest form? Permanent black blade seems like the absolute perfect fit. What else could it possibly be, that makes more sense?

Yeah Ryuma was maybe the strongest of his time but he wasn’t stronger than Roger or WB and very likely Xebec.

The manga is about Pirate king and straw hats. Not about black blades or WSS.

Ryuma and Mihawk are monsters and solid top tiers for sure. There is no question here.

advcoc is by far the strongest PU. Only the strongest can have it.

The only power that a top tier is qualifying to be a top tier is advcoc.

Advcoo can easily be counter with speed feat - bagua hit Luffy twice even when Luffy could predict the even in the future.

Advcoc is the only way to damage Kaido and also King (which has a better defense than Kaido dragons scales).

Look Gold d Roger he was at the top of his generation (stronger than Kaido) or people that had awakening and the power he had and used against an other top tier was advcoc.
