Then why is Luffy going to unlock awakening last? Or it just "whatever Zoro has" is what's the strongest.

Kid will unlock adv CoC last while he already has awakening.
One doesn't outshine the other by that much imo.
Luffy's awakening will be devastating but not just by his fruit but with the combination of Luffy's haki and df.
By kaido's claims adv.coc is more unique ability than awakening, even the guards from impel down had it.
In Luffy's case we should look the whole package.

When it comes to superiority aCoC is simply a clear winner , we must just see how many top notch characters have it.

FS despite having advantages is not enough to put you in the map amongst the most powerful beings.

Rarity wise FS is so far matched with black swords.
A great power indeed but alone doesn't make a top tier.

Roger , WB....reigned over all pirates without FS so yeah kinda overwanked power.

Look Gold d Roger he was at the top of his generation (stronger than Kaido) or people that had awakening and the power he had and used against an other top tier was advcoc.

Heck aCoC was enough for Roger to match WB with the Gura Gura no mi even.

Zoro is a CoA specialist. His potential in raising that Color of Haki is leaps and bounds higher than the other two. Why wouldn't he max it out?

We cant compare what is learned during a battle than what is learn by training. Took Luffy 2 years to get the basics of haki just as Gear 4th.

We’ve met 8 advanced conqueror’s Haki users out of the, like, 20 known conqueror’s Haki possessors. So AdCoC pretty much has a 40% learn rate.

Conversely, we’ve met 3 future sight users, 3, out of the literal millions, billions, or possibly even trillions of people who possess observation Haki. So future sight has about a 0.000000…..0001% learn rate.

You tell me which seems harder to learn.

Thing is with adcoc is that you can clearly see when someone is using it. But with FS, Oda has to spoonfeed you the info that this guy can see the future and we know how much Oda cares for explaining stuff that has to do with Haki.
If Kaido didn't say that he can use FS after who knows how long he fought, you wouldn't know if he had it.
