Kidd reacted to him and called out his name while visibly sweating due to the oncoming attack

Kidd had a huge railgun attached to his arm so he couldn't move out of the way or block

You can't compare that to Gunko who has nothing impairing her movement

I won't draw conclusion before seeing the whole thing as we have been had too many times.
