He will go on a rampage and be like Oden but inevitably get taken out when Sommers traps Colon and does ye olde hostage cliche imo.

I'm gonna assume he will haki resist the gax powers of the Holy Knights too ofc.
Him vs Sommers should be a great fight if we get it, until the HKs pull the inevitable, dirty, take his son hostage trick.

Both him and Rayleigh in their prime tried to face prime Oden too but I'm sure they are close in strength to him and thus obviously don't need both of them to beat Oden ofc.
I think Roger just stepped in because he was impressed by the audacity of Oden but also sensed he was a great threat potentially like Whitebeard did when he met Oden.
Oda made Rayleigh look much more impressive lately as expected and Garp too by far. Scopper has been promising so far, cant wait to see him go all out too.
Mangaka really love making old legends shine and thus I can't wait for Sengoku and any other legends to fight again too. Maybe if we get a miracle Oda might actually let Tsuru shine and both her and Kong actually do something lmfao.
But tbh this makes me think of how Sanji tanked S-Shark and Queens swords too. Would be cool if Scopper is an absolute menace of a tank too.

I’d say when Ray showed up stakes were highest they’ve ever been. Luffy just punched a CD, the Pacifista armada was deployed, an admiral on his way, and Ray just kinda went home and told the SHs to meet him at shakkys

The CDs in Sabaody were nothing more than fodder that Zoro could easily cut down. HKs here are hyped up by Dragon himself and have the likes of Garling/Shamrock as leaders. Lower members have awakened mythical zoan and a much better version of Doffy’s fruit

About the knights, they have more characterization than Egghead's VCs, so Oda will lose a little more time with them, on the other hand you don’t see an opponent for Luffy and Zoro in the trio, while Sanji hardly gets a serious fight when there are so few enemies in the arc, so I don't know how much hype Oda will really put on characters that won't be defeated by anyone strong. Honestly I don't have faith in them, they will be easily handled.
