If it's not revealing something major, then can you tell us how all are these players going to be chosen?
Looking that host post it appears game didn't start with the mafia, so this cult-like player will convert the players into mafia when or how it's something we don't know.
So, the cult max capacity to recruit players can be between 3 to 4. Fake King sounds like independent, can be Serial Killer? Probably the most possible explanation considering the king is the strongest and game started with some sort cult-like mafia

First Pirate Quest Appears !!!
Almaut Quest - I
The lost dagger or forgotten sands was desired by many pirates . During Golden Generation , Lord Amudsen the Norwegian pirateer on his way to persian land . The rumor of famous dagger the persian merchants and pirates spoke very fondly of .
In the year 1305 , Pirateer Amudsen ventured into the lost city of Almaut , the dagger was last rumored during the time it was ruled by King Dastan VI who sold the great fortune of the ancestor of King Dastan I the legendary persian king who saved the city from evil Indian wizard .
Amudsen has written the prized possession in his record books and said the person who possess the power of time , space and control over the seas .

[ Active Ability - Great Rewind ] : Reverse the time to the point of resurrect . Return to the past and unwind your time and death
[ Active Ability Future vision ] - Ability to look ahead of the future and change the timeline to your desire .
[ Active Ability - Medallion of time ] - Redirects the attack the one carries the sword .
Moderator will soon choose the top 5 players who will reach minimum requirement of 10 posts as earliest .
They will enter into the next quest as they seek for treasure of Almaut !!!

Possible, what throws me off is that a Fake King might be supported by other players, in that case he wouldn't be SK and this could be a multi-ball mafia game or something constructed differently. I'm also curious about the difference lying beneath Real and True King. Are they opposed or collaborating?
Unless the Fake King is displayed as an avengeful individual that simply works on his own, we can't esclude either of the possibilities. However, it has to be said that most mafia games engulf the SK role so your idea isn't far fetched at all, we should analyse all the chances I guess.

It is possible that fake king already has members with him, if that's the case then it eliminates the theory of fake king being SK. I suppose if we lynch the right person, then we will know about the game setup in more depths maybe someone from a fake king team if there is one.
I lean more toward Sk or independent by looking players number because we know for the fact that there are a cult and the fake king who share different wincon so that means there is no space for the actual mafia to be in the game when the player's count is 15
@Kingslayer will there be mod kill or sub out if players fail to meet the post requirements?

You might not like the idea but I suggest there should be mod kill if the same player fails to meet the post requirement for two Phases straight because this will give players a reason to actually post in a game thread and if not so then it will be unfair to players who are active and willing to play or participant in the game actively

Hello peeps, we also have some new players here nice!
So with like 3 kings I feel we got a multiball with a cultafia as main enemy.
King/Fake King imply that Town can be two-sided and the King is hence a mayor role.
Also wtf is this roles, I thought we signed up anime characters :D @Kingslayer
anyway interesting stuff, I am also in other games, so I appreciate it if this phase will last 48 hours.

The question is how many vanguards are out there. Anyway no Vanguard should obviously claim.
It isn't, just play it on a superficial way: Don't give away info from yourself if not needed or asked for. Try to figure out who has which alignment. Once you get the flow you will become better at it!
