How did they not use Haki?.. If you're trying to punch through iron, seastone or whatever, you're going to put all your mind and force into it and obviously use CoA without wanting too because CoA is directly related to strenght and power..

The point of that training is not '' not to use Haki '',but '' learn to no user Haki ''..
