1. I think it'd make it inherently more interesting. If CoC is to be more prevalent, I like the idea of Conquerors coming in all shapes and sizes and from all walks of life.
2. Who do you think is an obvious recently example that should've had it? imo it's King. Zoro was robbed of a more epic showdown.
3. Not excluse to the Will of D clan, just something they all have because of their nature as enemies of god.
4. I have a really dope head canon fanfic of when Zoro awakened CoC and it's a shame it no longer fits.
I don't think Sanji needs CoC, but I think he should have it in a world where CoC is to be prevalent. I think the defining factor of those who have it should be people that unreasonably live life on their terms, no matter the cost, for whatever whim or reason they fall upon. I think that fits Sanji among a number of other characters. There's alone the running motif of characters associated with royalty in some way having it, and Sanji being a Prince would fit that motif. It would also be really badass for Luffy wings to both have it.
