This is true also he is not as famous as before . Personally people are okay with him leaving so that club will reform.
He is 33 year old now , people in the end will support the club no matter what.All this reports coming from are the international media and fanboys on twitter that catalonia/spain look upto him as God dont know anything about spanish football. Even in catalan we have pretty strong rivalry Girona/espanyol dont like barcelona because of derby rivalry for many years.
Right now supporters want bartemou gone irrespective if messi stays or not.
Even if he resign or removed it will take few months to get new one elected wi am not sure if barca will risk it its always good to wait for election eitherway and give him proper goodbye once and for all . Barto has strong backing of politicians here so chance of him resigning is minimal he almost owns all newspaper and radio channels in barca .

It’s just what the news said brah, and if both clubs are willing to make that agreement like in the news, the results for me might turn out to be the best for both clubs, as both of them will gain something in return.
And I don’t really know if Messi will play 1 or 2 years like you said, but there’s no denied that Messi values seem to worth much more than Silva or Jesus. And him being 33 is not really matter much, I think, since his skills and performance is still top tier. And Silva or Jesus, even though they’re very talented, when compared to messi, whose ability has been proved like at least 10+ years in Barca and still going, as well as his fame, which is another factor that can profit for man City a lot as well.
Ronaldo also joined Juventus, thus brought profit and fame for Juventus. I can’t see why Messi can’t do the same with Man city, since he’s in the same profile as Ronaldo.

That is partly true imagine messi playinv under conte . Conte likes to control his team heard he is like dictator .
City is good place because its easy to get along with well established players and a manager who he admires .
Hopefully he leaves barca it will add a new challenge to him and prove his distractors wrong that he is only good fit with barca.
