Dungeon:
The minister tells Riboku that his execution day is near and that since it's the King's orders there's nothing that can stop it. When asked if he had any last words Riboku tells him a plan to follow in order to defend Kantan and to tell Kaine to not do anything reckless. They leave and the aide says he can deliver the messages to the appropriate people to which the minister responds saying none of the messages will be delivered like how none has been delivered before.
Kantan Throne Room:
Prince Ka is begging his father to not execute Riboku for doing so will be taking out the "gate" of Zhao. The king says he's grown and tells him to come close after which he bites off his ear and tells him to stop mouthing off before he bites off the other ear. Prince Ka's followers take him to be treated.
Gyou:
The HSU arrives at Gyou and is told to prepare to set off right away. Mouten says it's because there's movement in Kantan. the movement being Riboku's execution. Karyoten worries for Kaine.
Kantan:
Due to the continued failure of finding Riboku's cell SSJ decides it'll be best to save Riboku once he is shown in front of everyone. They'll have people hidden amongst the crowd to save him and escape. Kaine asks to be part of the attack group and SSJ says it was his plan to do so from the start.
Bath:
The King says his only gifts from the heavens are the bath and the children there. The kids say that the king is drinking more than usual and he says to just keep pouring. After coughing a lot he decides to step out but starts feeling a pain in his chest and falls over. He tells the kids to call for a doctor but none of them move.
The Zhao King has died.

While we wait for the spoilers here’s something to consider. I found this one on reddit;
Since we all know that
I think he made one final struggle before his end. He notice his son hatred. He called for the record holder Ei. I think he wanted to name his next successor. In case he died and needed another person to take his throne. This great hero will not let his kingdom end up in his son hands.
Ka won’t be the next king of Zhao this could be the reason behind it.
