Is Bleach Better than Kingdom?

Historically, did other states try to prevent Qin from conquering Shintei, like, in a serious attempt to stop Qin and not random border skirmishes? Because it was said that Han was protected for centuries by all its neighboring states whenever Qin tried to invade it.

That said, Qin getting even remotely close to Han Capital should warrant a coalition army, or at least a Zhao-Wei war declaration.
I agree, this feels too easy. Han had withstood attacks for so long, yet it took a day attack for Vice General to fall.

Something drastic has to happen, Riboku is still standing and unable to do anything?

Shintei having the strongest walls in all of china is surprising to me, you'd expect Chu to have a city like that
It's the former capital of the State of Jin so I'm not too surprised by that.

Let's keep Reebok out of this one I'm so tired of him
Hara had the opportunity to do some really cool shit with Raku, Haku and Yoko.

This "geniuses that haven't been in a real war for 20 years" thing is neither compelling, nor worth the impact on how Ren Pa and Go Kei are perceived.

For some reason I have the idea of Yoko being a Qi general in my head. Qi was a state that used to have ambitions of unifying China but was soundly crushed by the first Coalition, I was thinking Yoko would have given up on the unifying ideology at that time.

But regardless Hara is definitely introducing the idea that Yoko isn’t just some warrior, but is actually a former super heavy weight of some kind and potentially even someone we’ve heard of before.

I told yall not to sleep on the Han goat. Yall ain’t ready for the YOKENING at all.

If Yoko had the skillset of a general, he would be used as a general. Han doesn’t have the luxury to not use every scrap of resource and talent they have.

Yoko is an enforcer with a brain. I don’t think he and Tou have shared a battlefield before because I doubt a mask would do the trick of obscuring his identity.

It’s possible their paths have ran parallel in the path so one might know of the other, but not particularly well.

I hate what Hara has done with the origin stories of Raku and Haku so I’m not expecting anything good for Yoko, but there are lots of interesting options on the table.

I also don’t think there’s anything unique to a backstory for Yoko - if he’s from Han, why hide it? And if he’s from elsewhere, why join Han?

But it would be cool if there is more to him. I just think Tou was acknowledging him as more than brute muscle.

Nah he's not Hakuki lol
But his identity matters definitely
Former right hand man to a famous GG like Hakuki is more possible or a famous general from Qi or Yan.
Why would he demote himself to this degree if he was famous or from a stronger state?

being Hakuki’s sub is out there but also cool. Maybe he left in disgust after Chouhei for eg

Home country problems
He served Zhao because the King is shit he left?
He served a former Qin6 but quit after his lord died?
People move state regularly in this manga
Moving states isn’t the issue.

It’s going from general to adjutant.

I can buy that Yoko served a big shot elsewhere, but it doesn’t make much sense for Han not to use him as a general if that’s what he was in the past.
